EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan, with all associated shipping and customs charges covered by the customer. We conduct a thorough investigation upon receiving the defective product and proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Charges for domestic PKR 200, and international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the goods' price, and customs duty and tax charges are payable to the courier company upon delivery.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
"AAN COLLECTIONS” is responsible for dispatching your order, but we cannot control any delays caused by our courier partners. If concerns arise after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed of any delays.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Karachi, including any consumer courts, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes you may have with us.

We strive to ensure that the colours viewed on our website are an exact representation of the actual colour of the item. However, there may be minor variations due to several factors such as differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings, and the capabilities of monitors.
